We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how to return items if they are faulty, damaged, or no longer wanted.
Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To request a cancellation, you must email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and details. All cancellation requests must be submitted by email.
Orders that have not yet been dispatched will be cancelled and refunded in full.
You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Returned items must:
• Be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging
• Include all accessories and any safety seals
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will refund your return postage cost once the item has been received and inspected.
You must email us proof of postage showing the amount paid to receive this refund.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit without proof of return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or unsealed, unless faulty:
• Cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance items
• Personal care or wellness products, including oral care and intimate items
If these products are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging, they may be returned within the 30-day period.
These exclusions comply with Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you will receive a full refund, including:
• The item cost
• The original delivery charge (at the standard rate)
• The return postage cost (if proof of postage is provided)
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
We do not currently offer exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer law.
