Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll accept it when we dispatch your goods (or when we confirm acceptance in writing).
If we cannot accept your order – for example, due to stock availability, pricing errors, or security checks – we will cancel the order and refund any payment taken.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT.
Payment is taken in full at checkout using Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, or Clearpay.
If we identify a pricing or listing error before dispatch, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund your order.
All payments are processed securely via encrypted payment gateways.
Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order.
Promotions have their own terms and may exclude certain items or baskets.
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We work with trusted couriers including Royal Mail, Evri, and Yodel to deliver your orders safely and on time.
We offer Standard Delivery and Premium (Next-Day) Delivery options.
Orders placed before 7 pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the next working day when using Standard Delivery.
Orders placed using Next-Day Delivery must be placed before 1 pm on a working day to be dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after the relevant cut-off time, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.
Delivery charges and times may be higher for addresses outside mainland UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man. Only Standard Delivery is available to these areas, and any additional cost will be shown at checkout before completing your order.
Free delivery promotions may occasionally be offered on qualifying orders and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your address.
Ownership (title) passes once we have received full payment and the goods have been dispatched.
You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, you must email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and details. All cancellation requests must be submitted by email.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once cancelled, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Faulty or mis-described goods are handled in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We may use address and payment verification tools (such as 3-D Secure).
Orders suspected to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms may be cancelled and refunded.
Products are sold for personal and domestic use only and must not be resold for commercial purposes.

Keep small parts away from children under 3 years of age.
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract.
We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses such as lost profits, contracts, or opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, strikes, or severe weather.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Changes apply to orders placed after the updated date.
If you continue to use the website after updates take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the United Kingdom.
