These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Cooksters Ltd for the purchase of goods.

Eligibility

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order.

Some products or payment methods may have age restrictions. Where this applies, you must meet the required age.

Ordering and Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll accept it when we dispatch your goods, confirm your order is ready for collection, or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing.

If we cannot accept your order – for example, due to stock availability, pricing errors, or security checks – we will cancel the order and refund any payment taken.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT.

Payment is taken in full at checkout using Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, or Clearpay.

If we identify a pricing or listing error before dispatch, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund your order.

All payments are processed securely via encrypted payment gateways.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order.

This also applies to CookstersHub Rewards vouchers unless we clearly state otherwise.

Promotions have their own terms and may exclude certain items or baskets.

CookstersHub Rewards

CookstersHub Rewards is our customer loyalty scheme. Customers with an account may earn points on eligible purchases and use those points to claim money-off reward vouchers.

Points are earned on eligible product spend only and do not include delivery charges. Points are calculated after discounts or reward vouchers have been applied. Points are usually shown as pending first and are added to your available balance once the order is completed.

Reward vouchers can only be used by the customer account they were issued to. Reward vouchers may have a minimum spend, expiry date, and other restrictions shown at the time they are claimed. Reward vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another customer, or used more than once.

Unless stated otherwise, reward vouchers cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.

If an order is cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, or adjusted, any related points or rewards may be cancelled, reversed, reduced, or corrected. This may result in a negative points balance if points have already been spent before a refund or adjustment is processed.

If a claimed reward is cancelled before use, we may return the points to your account, depending on the reason for cancellation and whether the reward has been used.

CookstersHub may amend, pause, or withdraw the rewards scheme where necessary, but this will not affect any statutory rights you have in relation to your order.

Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands.

We work with trusted couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, and Yodel to deliver your orders safely and on time.

We offer Standard Delivery for eligible UK and Channel Islands addresses, and Next-Day Delivery for eligible mainland UK addresses. Available delivery methods and charges will be shown at checkout based on the delivery address provided.

Standard Delivery

Orders placed before 3:30 pm from Monday to Friday, or before 11:30 am on Saturday, are usually dispatched the same day, with delivery typically taking two to three working days.

Next-Day Delivery (Mainland UK)

• Monday to Thursday: Order by 3:30 pm for delivery the next working day.
• Friday: Order by 3:30 pm for delivery Saturday.
• Saturday: Order by 11:30 am for delivery Monday.

Orders placed after the relevant cut-off time, on Sundays, or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day (Monday to Saturday).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, in remote or out-of-mainland delivery areas, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Delivery charges and delivery times may differ for addresses outside mainland UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands. Any additional cost will be shown at checkout before completing your order.

Free delivery promotions may occasionally be offered on qualifying orders and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Click & Collect

We also offer Click & Collect on selected orders.

• Orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Friday are usually available for same-day collection.
• Collect from Redditch, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
• Click & Collect orders can only be collected after you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Orders placed after 1 pm, on Saturdays, Sundays, or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for collection, including your collection code, collection details, and full collection address.

Please bring your order number or collection code when collecting.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must bring your collection code.

Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to your address or collected by you or someone collecting on your behalf.

Ownership (title) passes once we have received full payment and the goods have been dispatched or made available for collection.

Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, you must email help@cookstershub.com as soon as possible with your order number and details. All cancellation requests must be submitted by email.

If you are buying as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once cancelled, you must return the goods within 14 days.

For eligible consumer orders, our 30-day returns policy includes and extends this statutory right. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on how to return items and request a refund. This policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described goods are handled in line with your legal rights.

Fraud Prevention

We may use address and payment verification tools (such as 3-D Secure).

Orders suspected to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms may be cancelled and refunded.

Business, Bulk, and Resale Purchases

We welcome orders from individual customers, businesses, organisations, trade buyers, and resellers.

Products may be purchased for personal use, business use, bulk purchasing, or resale, provided the purchase and any onward sale are lawful.

If you purchase products for resale or other commercial purposes, you are responsible for ensuring that your own onward sale and supply of those products complies with applicable legal requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or refund any order where we reasonably believe the order may be fraudulent, unlawful, unsafe, unsuitable, or likely to cause risk to our business or customers.

Product Safety

Always follow the safety and age guidance provided on product packaging.

Keep small parts away from children under 3 years of age.

Limitation of Liability

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract.

We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses such as lost profits, contracts, or opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, strikes, or severe weather.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Changes apply to orders placed after the updated date.

If you continue to use the website after updates take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
