Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day (Monday–Friday), unless stated otherwise on the product page.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been placed, followed by a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We currently offer Standard Delivery only to addresses outside mainland UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.
Delivery charges for these areas may be higher than standard rates and will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery times may also take a little longer than the estimated timeframe shown for mainland UK.
We work with trusted couriers including Royal Mail, Evri, and Yodel to deliver your orders safely and on time.
Available delivery options include:
Standard Delivery: orders placed before 7 pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched on the next working day, with delivery typically taking 2–3 working days.
Premium / Next Day Delivery: orders placed before 1 pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day.
Orders placed after the relevant cut-off time, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays beyond our control.
We also offer free delivery promotions on qualifying orders. These offers will be clearly displayed at checkout and may vary from time to time.
Ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to you once your order has been delivered to the address provided.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, postal strikes, severe weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
If your delivery is delayed, please contact [email protected], and we will do our best to assist.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If any items are missing, faulty, or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected].
Include your order number and, if possible, clear photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
