- Pour food warm or cold into the bag.
- Leave warm food to cool, seal the bag and store in fridge or freezer.
- Remove from the freezer and allow to defrost as usual or if using a microwave use on DEFROST ONLY setting.
- When using microwave defrost setting, ensure the seal is partially open and refer to your microwave manual for instruction.
- Discard bag after use.

- Keep the bags away from children and babies.
- The bags are not suitable for use in conventional ovens or for cooking food in microwave.
- Do not overfill bags.
- Ensure content is fully cooled before placing in freezer.
